Estimate only. Figures use the statutory maximum monthly finance rate under A.R.S. § 44-281 and assume equal payments with none missed. They are not an offer of credit and your approved rate may be lower. Your actual APR, finance charge and total of payments are disclosed in your Loan Agreement before you sign. Where every payment goes
Early payments are mostly interest; later ones pay down more of the balance. That is why a shorter term costs less overall.

How to use this
Watch the total, not the payment
Lengthening the term always lowers the payment and raises the total of payments. Slide the term from 6 months to 24 and watch the finance charge climb while the payment falls. The right choice is usually the shortest term you can genuinely afford, not the smallest payment on offer.
The amount sets your rate tier
Arizona caps the monthly finance rate by the amount originally borrowed, in tiers. Borrowing slightly more can move you into a lower-rate tier, and borrowing slightly less can move you into a higher one. It is worth testing amounts either side of $500 and $2,500 to see the effect.
What this does not include
- Any origination or other fees that may apply — see rates and fees
- Late or returned item charges if a payment is missed
- Your actual approved rate, which may be lower than the statutory maximum shown
